This week has flown by. I've read blogs when I've gotten the chance, but I've hardly had a chance to comment. I've been working hard in the classroom. I'm hoping to have some pictures to share later this week. :)
Today, a super, duper, simple fruit dip and it's pretty tasty too. Great for a snack to leave off in the teacher's lounge.
Ready for this? It'll probably be the simplest recipe I post all summer.

Fruit Dip
You need:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 jar (15 oz.) marshmallow fluff
Assorted Fruit
To Make:
Blend together the cream cheese and fluff. Easiest with a hand mixer, or stir for awhile.
Serve with fruit.
Refrigerate until served.
See, I told you it'd be the easiest recipe yet!
I remember eating that as a kid...but I haven't thought about making it myself! Thanks for the reminder.
