Changes & 100+ Follower Give Away!

I've always loved spring and the newness that it holds. This spring is no different.

The first change, is my new blog design from the amazing Megan from I Teach What's Your Super Power & A Bird In Hand Designs. It's just what I was wanting... and she put it together so quick and easily (even having to work with someone as indecisive as me!) So if your looking to spruce up your blog, she is one lady I would highly suggest!

The second change, is in my employment. This year has been terrific. I work in two great schools, with staff members that I highly enjoy, and kiddos that I love. After much prayer and consideration, I have decided to switch from special education to general education. Starting this fall I will be a 4th grade teacher!! Right now it's looking like I will take over one of the reading and writing sections so that will be a big change! I will be able to work with my mentor from this year in a new capacity, coteaching with her. I wasn't sure if I would ever change to general education, but the opportunity arose, and I'm really excited.

The final change has been in viewership of this blog. I started it last fall with the beginning of school. I was completely overwhelmed with all of the responsibilities in turning around the program into something I felt was workable, that I kind of neglected blogging. By this winter I felt I had a firm grasp in school and I've dove into blogging. I'm amazed daily by all of the wonderful teachers out there {like YOU!} who inspire and challenge me to be a better teacher. I truly do appreciate and thank all of you for making my first year of teaching as rewarding, fulfilling, and as successful as it has been.

My little blog has hit a milestone and it's time to celebrate!!

Yay!! It's FINALLY here! It's time to get this giveaway going!
